Dil Kya Kare  is a 1999  Hindi   drama film , directed by  Prakash Jha  and produced by  Veeru Devgan  and Veena Devgan.  The film was acclaimed critically and was a blockbuster at the box office. Plot Anand Kishore (Ajay Devgan), an architect, his wife, Kavita (Mahima Chaudhry), and their only child, an adopted daughter, Neha (Akshita Garud), live a happy and serene life in Delhi, India.
