Akele Hum Akele Tum  (English:  I'm Just Alone, So Are You ) is a 1995  Hindi   musical   drama   romance film . It starred  Aamir Khan , Manisha Koirala  and Master Adil, and was directed by  Mansoor Khan . The music is by  Anu Malik  and the lyrics are by  Majrooh Sultanpuri . The plot of this film is based on 1979 Academy Award winning film  Kramer vs. Kramer , starring  Meryl Streep  and  Dustin Hoffman . The film did not fare as expected at the box office.
